Managing Conflict

These sessions focus on courageous conversations and conflict resolution, helping you transform your workplace challenges into opportunities for growth.

What You Will Learn

In this course, we move beyond theory to focus on practically resolving patterns that cannot continue. You will learn to:

 

  • Identify what is driving conflict in your specific workplace.

  • Recognise how you react under pressure and change your response.

  • Manage thinking traps by learning how to notice, interpret, and respond to faulty thinking processes.

  • Show up confidently for difficult conversations and conflict.

  • Identify subtle behaviours that quietly erode margins and morale.

  • Explore the influence managers can have on resolving conflict.

  • Intervene successfully by understanding what builds and sustains conflict.

What You Will Get

Our unique model combines intensive training with interactive group coaching to ensure your new skills are deeply embedded.

  • 11.5 hours of powerful learning spread over 5 sessions and 4 weeks.

  • Two training sessions followed by three group coaching sessions.

  • Opportunities to practise in a safe, supportive setting.

  • Individualised goal setting and specific learning outcomes.

  • Ample time to learn, practise, and reflect on your progress.

Course Investment

Cost: $1,350 (ex. GST) per person.


To maintain an interactive environment and provide individualised support, we have a maximum of 15 participants per course. Spaces are limited.
